Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains how Elevate Media (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use this website. We are the data controller for the information you give us here.
What we collect
- The details you enter in our forms: your name, email address, phone number and company name.
- Details of any call you book with us, such as the date and time.
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
How we use it
- To check whether we can work in your area and to arrange and hold your strategy call.
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, including booking reminders.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including sharing hashed (scrambled) contact details with Meta so we can see which ads lead to enquiries.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and measuring our advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business: our CRM and booking system (HighLevel), our website host (Railway) and Meta Platforms for advertising measurement. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy of it. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS or tell us on a call or by email. To exercise any of these rights, email you@yourdomain.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use cookies set by the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
